Can we try team viewer session?

Hello! We've set this task to our dev team. You can help us by doing the following: next update you open Chrome and see that you're not authorized in EverSync, open http://everhelper.me/client and check there if you're logged in or not.

1) non-used dials can be hidden in separate group that you can create yourself.

2) Due to Google Chrome behavior it's not possible to launch Windows apps, but you still can create links to local files. For example: file:///C:\Program Files\WinRAR\winrar.exe

Did you comepletely removed previous version? It works fine at me.

Ok. Then could you do screencast? We'd like to see your actions and results on video. That would be helpful.

Also tell us your account, we'll check our logs on server. Descibe your actions step by step so we could compare.

We've updated EverSync IE today. Remove your current version and install the latest one. Try again. It should be fine.

You want to have button (link) that would open list of all groups. Right? 

If it's not, could you show us some examples or self-drawn picture, please?
