Do you have the latest version of Firefox and FVD Speed Dial?

Can't understand what exactly do you mean. Icons can't be stored in Bookmarks folders.

After you set correct title in Firefox, do Upload. Then try to do Download in Chrome and check the result. Let us know.

Also, what kind of previews you set? Local from file, URL or something else?
