'download' syncing to Chrome is successful, but 'download' syncing to Firefox (latest version - ie v59.0.2) it just keeps trying to sync but nothing happens or get completed.

I cannot login into https://topsites.me/.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Removed folder with links server side (in Toolbar folder) but in FF it only removed the links in the folder.

The speed dial is in a continues updated of the preview dials screen. Try reinstalling but no dice. Help!!!! :(    (Using windows 10 Pro in 64 platform. ). I have 10 Gigabits  of RAM. I reinstall google chrome twice.  

It´s impossible to sync bookmarks on firefox. Doesn´t work merge/upload/download option.

After install IE Eversync cliente, and try to do the first download, the app crushes with and error.

After some tests I've found that the error appears when my bookmars are stored in nested folders. And that the app soes not support mor than a certain nesting level:

The red folders are folders that are NOT downloaded from Eversync server, because they are in 9th folder level.

And the same happanes with *.url files. 

Eversync client will noto download them if tehy are in a level deepper than 9.

Hi,

I installed Eversync on Chrome and Firefox on Win7 and on Chrome on Win10 without any problem, but I got an issue on Firefox 59.0.2 Win 10.

At first I installed it but I couldn't log in, I got repeated message "An error has occurred. Return to login."

So I deactivated all other extensions, uninstalled it and tried installing again.

To my surprise it got even worse. 

Eversync icon is broken and there is no menu.

Here is what I get:

Now if I uninstall and reinstall I get the same issue.

Is there a way to delete eversync settings to try a clean install?

Any other help?
