Problems with the preview (150x94) is in a continues updated and is not stopping. Help!!

The speed dial is in a continues updated of the preview dials screen. Try reinstalling but no dice. Help!!!! :(    (Using windows 10 Pro in 64 platform. ). I have 10 Gigabits  of RAM. I reinstall google chrome twice.

Hello! Dial's preview keep updating with interval or dials can't get picture? Could you make video or screenshot for us?
