Can't move bookmarks and folders up past a certain point.
So in the Bookmarks sidebar I have my bookmarks organized in folders with some loose. I was trying to reorganize but found that if I created a new folder, I couldn't move it up the list past about the halfway point. I could add the folder to an existing folder above that point, but I couldn't move it between two folders or between a folder and a bookmark or anything. Some attempts resulted in the folder moving *down* a couple spaces. The same thing happens with bookmarks. In fact, if I try to move a bookmark that is already near the top, it ends up shuffled down several spots from where I tried to put it. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

In Chrome the dials have disappeared?
The dials disappear in Chrome. Then a few days later they are back?
