Thanks for the link but this is another add-on called "Click and Clean" not "CCleaner".
However, I have this add-on in my chrome, so I tried to turn them off first but it didn't help.
I also removed this add-on completely from Chrome but unfortunately it didn't help.
I think its nothing to do with "Click and Clean" for my case...

Yes, I guess that new version of CCleaner (5.16.5551) cleaned important files for Speed Dial [FVD].
Here is my settings of CCleaner.

FYI...
If I remove option "Internet Cache" in CCleaner, Chrome stopped showing error message "Restoring corrupted files.."
Maybe "Internet Cache" function is removing some files for Speed Dial [FVD]!
