Unfortunately, you can't keep older version for a long because new FF57+ will automatically disable it. There is nothing we can do, that's how Firefox team implemented.

This is the simples option, not always help but we encourage to try.
- Copy and paste in address bar about:support
- Select following http://nimb.ws/Vm5pjy
- Rename this folder to any name and restart Firefox http://nimb.ws/awxfuW BUT don't delete it. Just rename.
If it won't help, let us know.
Also, if you don't see welcome message but settings get rest, that will be fixed next update soon.

Please check if deals actually transferred. Right now it shows that it didn't work but it actually worked. This bug will be fixed next update. If you don't see all dials, please let us know.

Even though it is syncing, could you please if all dials already on you computer. If they are there, problem with syncing (visual part) will be fixed next update.

It creates thumbnails for tiles. In new WebEx Mozilla removed functionality that we used before. You can set dials to manual previews like Gallery images or your own images.
If it takes your cursor out when you're typing - we will fix it in the next update soon
