Do you have auto-preview refresh on all your dials? If you have many dials and interval is very small (for example 1 minute) - try to increase to 30 minutes.

Try to go to Control Panel > Programs and Features (Win 10) > and see if you have there suspicious software installed.

Please try to restart Chrome, then start sync again.

that's probably glitch. try to reinstall Chrome Browser

chrome://extensions/ - Check it out there. You need to delete extensions that you don't need.

you probably get it installed from different browser, so you need to delete extension there too.
