After 5 hours of waiting I had  to turn off the useless constantly rolling 'restore' mechanism. I have some dials back,. but they're  all completely messed up.  Today is 'Cyber Monday' but your company is offering no discounts on pro support, and you are not responding with any assistance.  Not handled well at  all. I'm a very unhappy person who has use and liked SD since it was first created. What to  do now????? 

And what dials that have been 'restored' are all messed up,  and despite being labeled as originating from a backup that is  dated today 12/02/19, they are clearly  being restored in a configuration that is over a year old. WTF?

Another day of problems. After ten  attempts I got logged on, and started to restore the 2142 Speed Dials. It's been rolling along for three hours and is barely half way  done. I have Any Desk & It's 2PM in Los Angeles, Where are you?

Speedial (SD) active & 'functioning' but consistently not loading backgrounds & icon thumbnails - just blank. Launching Eversync  (ES) with correct password constantly fails, and I'm forced to create  a new password, which then fails 8 out of ten times before loading  ES. Then the required 'Merge' prior rebuilding SD from backup fails to launch, with progress window rolling for up to an hour before failing and turning itself off. 

I've used SD for years & consider it essential, but now months of these same problems have me perplexed.Blank Speed Dial Page WTF?
