Fox 24.3 esr is not working or should I say I dont see any icons in toolbar ect??

Will it run on 24.3 esr?

Also i cant find a user manual or any instructions on use?

Reason I don't upgrade FF is I have some extensions that just arnt working for newer Fox

Speeddial and everhelper acc is nice additions but would like to sync open tabs and extensions across multiple PC's
