If anyone can tell me where to find the app to install it on my work computer, I'd greatly appreciate it,

I have FVD Speed Dial on Microsoft Edge, and I love it!  No problems.  I stumbled across it in the Edge store, but it wasn't listed as FVD Speed Dial.  I didn't see that name until I installed it.  Now I can't find it in the store to be able to put it on my work computer.  The details link on the extension only goes to an error page.
