I love FVD Speed Dial, but that sucks. I also spent a bunch of time making dial images thinking that I was contributing to the user community. The menu for editing dials specifically states “Help us to improve predefined images. Enter URL or upload from Local File custom logos of you ‘sic’ favorite websites. They will get into users gallery!” It's right there in the screenshot you posted above. Two years ago. And it's still there.
If it's not an option then you should remove that so people don't waste their time.
