Same here - ever since the upgrade I have to resize my screen icons for the web pages saved into speed dial, every time that I open Firefox. Fix it quick because it is a major pain in the ass and I will delete speed dial very soon if it is not fixed. PS. Don't stuff around with something that is already working well - as you have stuffed it up!
