These actions will not return your dials, but only access to FVD speed dial addon.

Yes, there is a problem with cleaners and Firefox version of FVD Speed Dial. Add FVD speed dial addon or whole firefox profile folder to exceptions in your cleaner. 

Cleaners can cause database problems like "Never remember history" problem and wipe all your data that can't be restored. We highly recommend to use local backups and EverSync synchronization with our servers if you use cleaners.

Give us your OS, browser and addon version.

What firefox version do you use? After Speed Dial installation, it should be set automatically.

If not, do the following:

1 Go to the extension settings and copy the address http://nimb.ws/H1W7qP

2 Open Firefox Settings http://nimb.ws/cokXtr

3 Select Home page settings

Replace options.html with newtab.html http://nimb.ws/CMxYdg

Try to reinstall Firefox.
