What themes is it? One of our FVD Themes? Please give us the link to the video. Color of the text is defined in theme settings by developer when creating this theme. After there is created there is no way to control colors or any other settings. Everything is predefined.

Try quick sync to transfer changes between browsers. Merge gives priority to server rules.

1) It's ok to see other dials transparent. It's visual effect with purpose to show the dial that was clicked on.

2) You can change default opening behavior in Settings:
