Sync randomly rearranges and duplicates files on firefox bookmark toolbar

Sometimes sync deletes various files and folders from my Firefox bookmarks toolbar.

It also duplicates folders and randomly rearranges folders and bookmarks into different orders.

I have no clue why.

Very strange.
