FVD Speed Dial reverts to default settings each time I change wi-fi or lan networks

Hi, every time I change network (wi-fi or lan) FVD Speed dials reverts to default settings.

I even registered an account at everhelper and enabled auto-backup, but my backups dissapear when dials change to default.

Also, it keeps enabling auto-sync even when I disable it.

It' very strange problem. Wу tried to repeat it, but didn't manage. May be team viewer session can show us the problem.
