Please add language option

I have configured my firefox quamtum 's register value general.useragent.locale to be en-US

So my speed dial was in english sine last year but it was changed to chinese this week . 

Could we stick the language to english in speed dial ?

Unfortunately, we don't have chinese version now. I set this task for the future updates.
