Dials keep disappearing!!

Hi,

Update extension to the latest version:  62.8.5 or Higher
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/fvd-speed-dial/

This is the simples option, not always help but we encourage to try. 

- Copy and paste in address bar about:support  
- Select following http://nimb.ws/Vm5pjy 
- Rename this folder to any name and restart Firefox http://nimb.ws/awxfuW BUT don't delete it. Just rename it, for example Storage_OLD

The stupid response that tells nothing.
This is a stupid error since this major change.
I've alert for this many times and nothing is done.

Hi. I am using version 64.1.3. I followed those instructions but then it cleared everything in Firefox, extensions, bookmarks, speed dial - everything is blank and Firefox is new again? Now I have nothing!

I downloaded then speed dial from 'addons' and restored from account. Dials returned but all preferences reset. I changed everything in preferences but then quit Firefox and restart - same problem, all dials are gone again. I think this software does not work anymore.

After 4 weeks still not have a solution.
Dials keep disappearing.

Annoying as hell.
