Reset Dials

Hi,

We launched update couple hours ago. Update extension to the latest version:  62.8.5 or Higher

This is the simples option, not always help but we encourage to try. 

- Copy and paste in address bar about:support  
- Select following http://nimb.ws/Vm5pjy 
- Rename this folder to any name and restart Firefox http://nimb.ws/awxfuW BUT don't delete it. Just rename it, for example Storage_OLD

Thanks for your reply, but i've done already that and other changes..
Even reinstall FF, reinstall extension, add exceptions and nothing works.
After sync thumbs (i've a few), the extension reset and goes to "Default" only.

Why like in old version the thumbs are not set to local machine?
It makes loading thumbs much faster than sync all again without the annoying part of loosing all.

I can tell you that i've wait a few hours before sync and loose it all.

If it didn't help:

Roll back the old folder - rename it back.

Unfortunately, you can't keep older version for a long because new FF57+ will automatically disable it. There is nothing we can do, that's how Firefox team implemented. 
We try to fix everything that is possible.

Sync stills set to "default" after thumbnails are created.
Every day testing if it works... is not an option.
