Titles above dials are missing

In my Firefox (64 bit 56.0) only icons are displayed above dials, titles are missing, although I've checked the respective option in Settings.

As I understand, the reason is in white color of titles:

.newtabCell .head {
    color: rgb(255, 255, 255);
    font-size: 12px;
    font-weight: bold;
}

And yes, we can try teamviewer.

You can go to speed dial settings and change color of tiles to different one
