I installed the ninbus desktop, if you right-click on jpg and then "open with Ninbus" the file does not open. why?

C:\Windows\System32\mspaint.exe namefile.jpg RUN!!!
C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimbus Capture\Nimbus Capture.exe namefile.jpg not run!
