Dials and Groups: not all visible

I see 6 groups using Chrome and a win10 tablet. I created more groups. Until yesterday I could go to the last visible group and then cklick the arrow button to make the others visible. Now this does not work too. I only can manage groups. How to solve this? Alternative would be? Do you recommend to use other tools working better?
