Cover Flow Style Scroller for Chrome Apps at the bottom under 6x3 Stacking

Keep the 3x6 stacking but then have a cover flow style scroller for chrome apps.

Unfortunately, under some policies we can't display Google logos in Chrome browser, that's why we removed app panel from our product.
