Let us set a specific time for the automatic speed dial preview thumbnail refresh

I want to set specific times when the thumbnails should be refreshed. Like at 8 am and 6 pm.

At the moment i have set it to every 8 hours, but if i am playing videogames, sometimes the automatic refresh minimizes my game.
