I'm getting message too that says:

Sync is active

Another data (bookmarks etc.) is syncing now. Please wait while syncing will be completed.

This message has been consistently constant for the past several weeks now.

Have you been getting this message for the past two weeks without running Sync or it pops up after you start Sync?

If the second, how long do you see that message?
