All groups should display without having to use a dropdown menu, which means dynamic spacing dependant on the number of groups and the length of its name. Also, you should be able to define how many dials appear in each group.

In addition, there should be individual control of columns/rows per group.  And the Thumbnails should either automatically fill the space or be customizable to larger sizes. There's a lot of wasted space in each group.  Lastly, the ability to hide unused dials would be nice too. These are all features in the original SpeedDIal.
