Screen Capture add-on not working Edge Browser – always asking for Premium Mebership

Hello, the great and valuable free Nimbus Screen Capture add-on which I like to use fervently in Firefox does not work in Edge browser in Windows 11 (all latest updated versions). Whenever I try to take a screenshot I get shown a pop-up that asks me for my Premium credentials. Not so in Firefox Browser (Mac only, I am not allowed to use Firefox on Windows at work). Why is it no working in Edge?
