Where is my speed dial on Firefox

Today, 3 years later, I lost FVD again. Mozilla add-ons have completely removed FVD. I don't want to install Sync. Because in Sync, there is no option to reload my backups (*.sd). Can you help me find the FVD where I can reload my saves?
