Welcome to FVD Speed Dial Quick Tour

Every time I click on + New Tab I get the "Welcome to  FVD . . . ."  popup which i then have to X out.

All my Dials in the background are fine and working.  Just the welcome popup should not be there.

How do I remove it?

We found the problem. It's because of the Google update. We will solve it very soon.
