stuck at syncing in Chrome

What error do you see?

When I click on the icon in Chrome, it says "syncing" and is spinning, but all the controls are greyed out so I can't do anything.  See attached photo

Please try to logout for test. Open options - Logout and login again.

Logout is greyed out too, along with all the other buttons.  Opening and closing Chrome doesn't fix it either.  Never had this happen before, I like your product. 

Could we try anydesk.com ?

I try the merge option, overwrite local data is good. Is it the problem of the number of tags?
