PLEASE add option to suppress hover/popup 'title'!!!

The 'hover mouse over a speed dial shows a popup' is really annoying.  Please make the 'title' function of the <a> tags optional!

No problem on settings.  I included the menu image just so you know the settings I have, in case they may be related to the popups in  the video.  All I wish to do is eliminate the URL title popups.
