Can we have updates (whether hourly,daily, etc.) on SpeedDial to be Incognito based?

I don't want to Ctrl Shift Tab and get all these windows from SpeedDial rather than intended tabs I want to retrieve.

No, I think you've mistaken my point even though that would also be nice. 

I've got some news websites set to update every 1 hour. Every 1 hour, SpeedDial would fetch for updates and then those updates get shown up as a new window temporarily. I'd like for the fetch to be incognito so that it does not interfere with my workflow.
