Sync not working on Chrome Beta - takes ages on Chrome

Sync is Very slow and it doesn't work for some - Here's some observations

Windows - Chrome - Beta - No Sync and doesn't work what so ever 

Windows - Chrome - Slow

Windows - Firefox - Works Fine

Mac - Chrome - Very Slow

Mac - Firefox - Works Fine

I tried option of dials & download and it did not work ; 

Rather the sync tab was not opening up

There was no error the page did not open up
