not saving web page to speed dial

When pressing on the add button will not add pages to speed dial and did not upload pages on update with firefox.

You should click this button to save the current page.

I cant save a page by using the context menu (no FVD speed dial on context menu) and FVD icon is not in the address bar as shown above
