All of a sudden the Speed dial tab is no longer there

I am trying to run a backup and went to the synchronize page and bookmarks tab is there but the speed dial tab is gone. How to I get that back as the extension in chrome is there?

Another note: It is saying that the extension is not installed and it is installed? I really don't want to uninstall it and loose all my dials> Is there any other way to get this back up and working?

Hello! Do you still have this problem? Did you try to refresh eversync page?
