It is easy to implement. I just installed the add-on for Firefox and customized the start page. Could do this with multiple systems and users. For Chrome, it worked fine. Version FVD 67.4.7

On other systems, significantly fewer add-ons are installed.

All with win 10 64-bit, and Firefox 64-bit
