Similar to what Chrome's default "new page" has, add in the option to show your bookmarks bar on the top of a speed dial page

Hello! Do you mean standart Chrome bookmark bar? Do you use Live Start Page or FVD Speed Dial extension?

I use speed dial.  And yes, I mean that there should be an option in speed dial to show your standard chrome bookmarks bar somewhere in your speedial page

You can show up your bookmark bar by using Ctrl + Shift + B combination.
