When clicking on a dial, for example if I already have Office 365 Outlook open as a tab, just have speed dial go to that tab rather than open a new tab. This way We can use it to bounce back and fourth between tabs

I sometimes use two windows side by side in my computer, and the speed dial doesnt adjust to the new window size. 
The dial Size should be dynamic.
