FVD speed Dial (версия 75.5.7) при каждом новом входе в браузер выдается окно приветствия, а настройки встают по умолчанию

После очистки cookies и кеша в браузере Google Chrome, расширение FVD speed Dial (версия 75.5.7) постоянно теперь выдает приветственное окно, при каждом новом открытии браузера, и ставит все настройки по умолчанию. Все шаманские танцы с настройками, ничего не дали, все сваливается к исходным данным и снова окно приветствия при каждом новом входе в браузер. Из-за этой проблемы, переустановила уже хром, потеряла свои картинки дилов, переустановила само расширение, но проблема так и не решилась. При каждом новом запуске Google Chrome получаю все ту же ошибку. Пыталась установить другие расширения с быстрым доступом, все работает, никаких сбросов, а конкретно это расширение выдает вот такую ерундовину. Как решить эту проблему, подскажите пожалуйста, не хотелось бы отказываться от этого приложения, оно мне очень нравится и всегда удобно было с ним работать. Заранее спасибо за ответ!

SYNC DOE NOT WORK

Merry Xmas and Happy new year,

There are noting but error messages before and after login to EverHelper / FVD SeedDial Sync On my Firefox. 

1- Anytime I try to log in to my FVD SpeedDial Syc / EverHelper I get this error message: "An error occured, please go back to the login form"

2- Sometimes I luck in and get to BackUp page. I try to BackUp on Server, and the turning/wait wheel starts turning for long time, then it logs me off!  And the circus (steps 1 and 2) go on!

Speed dial icon appears on task bar and stops typing in online forms. Could this be stopped from interferring?

eEach time the icon pops up on the windows task bar the cursor disappears and all interaction on the web page stops until either it goes off, is manually turned off, or the mouse is clicked on the page and it will only give the ability to type for a few seconds until the icon reappears. Can thei be stopped from interfering with the interaction between keyboard and web page without turning off Speed Dial?

13.11.19 перестало при добавление нового дила появляться превью, при обновлении старых идет прокрутка и имя вообще пропадает с надписью "упс. нет заголовка". ранее у большинства дилов превью также пропало.
