what good is the SYNC when all groups are totally random ordered after syncing. I have 2 installs on one computer: one is for a user and the other installation with the master administrator account.  The user account has enough privileged permissions etc.

I had established a long time ago the firefox for the User. But today, I needed my setup [Dials] also in the Administrator Firefox. I synced.

But - everything is such a mess with the Groups as in total randomness of arrangments of how the groups are organized. I now have to chuck this sync completely [wasted time] and have to do a manual export from the user and then an import of the flat text file to the administrator. Experience showed that this is the ONLY way that FVD loads the groups exactly the way they are in another installation.

This is precisely the reason why I CANCELLED my PRO- subscription. I kept paying for something that never worked properly. And the last month [July] your company charged my account many hours earlier than the payment date. Despite that I had written to you 8 days BEFORE to please cancel my pro account, since in the eversync [everhelper] your subscription cancel button did NOT SHOW UP at all. I send 2 emails from your app direct.

Never mind, I wasted another month of payment for nothing.

This should be a warning for everyone that has had difficulties maintaining a proper sync. Do it MANUALLY because nothing else works properly.

needs a choice of search engine option (Bing is awful) Google is the best (as long as you don't sign in) Duck-Duck-Go, Startpage, or Qwant is fine. Yahoo Search used to be okay but now it uses Bing.

We really need FVD Speed dial for Yandex browser

I too want to select my Search Engine. Obviously you're making money for every Bing search through FVD. However, you may lose me as a customer/client/user if you persist in taking away my choices.

Not working properly in firefox 75.0: keeps loading and never shows the most visited. Other thing might be related it if i open a link from thunderbird or other program and firefox isnt open previously it shows a new tab instead of the page of the link.

When I downloaded the latest version of Speed dial on 4/23/20, whenever I launch Firefox, which is set up to load all recent tabs, Speed Dial launches itself over the last tab opened. I do not want it to launch. I just want to use it to sync my bookmarks. How can I disable it from launching?

Eversync has been misbehaving for at least 10 days now.

I mostly sync between two machines (Windows & macOS Catalina) with Firefox on them. I don't think I've synced on anything else during the interval. I have no antivirus on either, and just a firewall on Windows (doesn't block anything firefox related, turning it off changes nothing).

The first issue is that often sync takes a very long time on one or both of the machines. Like 10x more than it took previously (maybe 40s-ish).

The second is that most of the time it doesn't actually sync properly. New items are added, but deletion and moves and not taken into account. Going into options and doing 'Upload' on one side and 'Download' on the other side works (but it's long and cumbersome). 'Merge' also works, but it will add back bookmarks that were deleted on the other side.

I would swear that at some point, normal sync worked properly again (maybe after doing manual download/upload/merge?) but that was always temporary.

I have a lot of bookmarks (about 2000) and have been using Eversync as a paid customer for at least a year (if not more, I don't really remember) and haven't had any major issue with it until now. If it could go back to that way, that'd be great ;)
