Had to remove speed dial

I get the icons all arranged the way I like them, then add something and they all reposition! I would like an option to turn off that feature so they stay where I put them.

Impossible to install the application, bookmarks are seen and then I have a small windows « please wait » which never disappear 

Tried all versions of firefox, beta, and nightly. Bookmark sync hangs on initializing. S9

When I try to fill in a text, auto update deletes my answer and close the field down.  Now I have to re-open the field and hope the field will remain open to enter the information.  I know its FVD Speed Dial is causing the problem, when I turn the extension off the data field can be filled without going blank or closing.

I have one extension that took over the newtab position. I would like to go into settings and change the address of the newtab but as long as the other extension is active, it will open that one. I've already considered uninstalling the other but really. That is why I need an address other than chrome://newtab.
