Had to remove speed dial

I get the icons all arranged the way I like them, then add something and they all reposition! I would like an option to turn off that feature so they stay where I put them.

Impossible to install the application, bookmarks are seen and then I have a small windows « please wait » which never disappear 

Tried all versions of firefox, beta, and nightly. Bookmark sync hangs on initializing. S9
