А если попробовать создать в браузере новый профиль? Так как по опыту, это чисто браузерная проблема. Т.е по виду профиль почему то поврежден.

Do you mean passcode? But you can't see passcode without email for restore. Press on the Power Off button - http://nimb.ws/NmFaAB Did you see your email for restore?

We can't fix it because out extensions need cookies to sync and authorize.
