when I first open firefox my first page to open is a blank page which in turn is speed dial, nothing happens I have sat for 2 minutes, now If I click on open new tab IE my speed dial nothing happens If I open a 3rd new tab I get the speed dial page, however it takes between 1 and 2 minutes to fully open.

this only happens on the first launch after that I have no problems it's only the start up
