Chrome doesn't allow selection of languages in addons. You can change language of Chrome -

If I can't choose language for addons, please consider translating it to Tranditional Chinese. Simplifed Chinese is NOT my language. Thanks a lot.

Please bear in mind that simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese are different languages.
