Selenium Python to trigger Nimbus to take full page screenshot

arvindpdmn 1 year ago in Nimbus Capture - FireFox • updated by nimbusweb 1 year ago 3

Using Firefox browser. Trying to automate testing of my web app using Selenium Python. I wish to trigger Nimbus to take a full page screenshot. Anyone has tried this?

Could you describe how it should work? Do you want to automatically create and save a screenshot after certain actions?

Not automatically. After the page is loaded, I wish to call a function to trigger Nimbus to take a screenshot and save it.

For example, in Selenium Python there's this API call WebDriver.save_screenshot() that can take a screenshot. But this will capture only the visible part of the page. Since Nimbus can capture the full page, I wish to trigger it from Selenium Python.

If Nimbus provides this integration (if it doesn't already have it), it would be useful to many testers. Thanks.
