No Save as Image

Klaus-dieter Michel 3 years ago in Nimbus Capture - FireFox • updated by Jayc 2 years ago 16
I'm using Nimbus Screen Capture add-on with FirefoxDeveloperEdition 40.0a2 (2015-05-28). When making a screenshot, no matter if Selected area, Entire page or Visible part of page, clicking Save as Image doesn't do anything. I can Copy to clipboard, though. So this helps as a workaround. Nevertheless - why isn't Save as Image working anymore? It did - once.

Hello

Ok, we will check.

Thanks
Hmm, we can't repeat this problem. Can you open console (F12) on Nimbus Screenshot's page and send me error from console (red text).
Pardon my late reply, I was very busy with another project. When I press the Save as Image button in the situation shown in my screenshot, nothing happens and the console shows no error.

I get a DROP IMAGE HERE on Firefox 38.0.5.

Hello

Hmm, please check Cookies settings in browsers's settings. Cookies must be enable.

Thanks
Cookies are enabled, but I have no ability to edit. No buttons work, not even "Done." Any other ideas?

Thx, Lisa
I've downloaded teamviewer.

Ok, please write to fvdmedia@gmail.com I will write when our developers can connect to you.
I am still unable to use Nimbus Screen Capture, even after the latest release.

Hello

Please try to disable e10s for test

  • Type about:config in the browser's address bar.
  • Confirm that you will be careful.
  • Search for browser.tabs.remote.autostart and browser.tabs.remote.autostart2
  • Double-click on the preference (you need to turn to False)
  • Restart Firefox
  • Try capture again,

Thank you sir - issue solved :)
