Page Break Option For Large Webpage Content (multiple web pages)

Matthew Galik 5 years ago in Nimbus Capture - FireFox • updated by nimbusweb 5 years ago 1
I just discovered your product, and I'm loving it.  I use it a lot to extract stories from web pages that I want to print out.  These stories (I work in HR/Leadership Development) are sometimes 4 to 5 pages long.  When I Nimbus the entire article then save to a jpeg file, the file is reduced so much to fit on standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper that I can't read it.  You either chop the file up yourself by choosing and saving multiple pages of the one story, or get a magnifying glass out to read it when the whole story prints.

If you added a 'insert page breaks' option into the system, one that allowed you to chunk down the story into 8 1/2 x 11 sized 'chunks' - perhaps even highlighted how much of the story (at a time) would fit on a standard piece of paper with the page breaks already inserted (but moveable if need be), that would be super duper awesome!

add option to email the captured screenshot (instead of just saving the file)

I need to take screenshots and email them to an associate. saving the file first is a wasted step.

Actually if it would allow opening in paint or the assoc image editor, this would be a huge help as well

Is Nimbus screen capure working properly in firefox 29?

Johnny Lee 5 years ago in Nimbus Capture - FireFox • updated by nimbusweb 5 years ago 3
This extension worked for me perfectly, until I ran the firefox update. I found out that, when updated to firefox 29 (working on linux-xubuntu-13.10), Nimbus screencapture's options ceased to work. I was wondering if this may be some kind of bug?

Thanks in advance for any help you could provide.

Where does Nimbus store its screenshots? I cannot find the captured images.

Can't find the main menu back!

When I first installed Nimbus capture there was a main menu. Like this

But later I couldn't find it back. Only some capture options are available.
Turned off all other Add-ons, reïnstalled Nimbus, nothing seems to work!

Saving set CPU and I/O load to 100%

I have problem with saving on Linux Mint 13, Firefox 22. Save option save image, but also set CPU and disk I/O load to 100% with process 'gvfsd-metadata'. The only way to stop load is by manually kill that process every time.

Nimbus: suggested enhancements (please?)

RogerC 5 years ago in Nimbus Capture - FireFox 0
When I'm selecting an area to capture, a box showing a closeup of the cursor's location appears so that I can select precisely what I want. However, if I want to move the selection pointer pixel by pixel, I see no way of doing that. For instance, other products similar to Nimbus allow you to hold down CTRL or SHIFT while pressing the arrow keys to move pixel by pixel.  My urgent request is that you add the same functionality to Nimbus.

Also, after cropping a selected area, if I don't want to keep the resulting image, there's no way to CANCEL or EXIT the cropped image without exiting the Nimbus application. My request is that you add a CANCEL button to your toolbar so as to facilitate quitting a screen capture without exiting the Nimbus application.
